Stephane Alberth, PhD, is the founder and CEO of Aixa, an AI-powered enterprise learning and capability-building platform. He has worked on enterprise transformation, digital innovation and organisational capability building across industrial technology, consulting and financial services, including roles at ABB, McKinsey and Swiss Re. His work focuses on helping organisations turn knowledge and strategy into capability employees can apply — through Digital Human coaching, scenario practice and applied AI adoption. At Aixa he leads the development of enterprise Digital Human proofs of concept, AI adoption and transformation programmes, and corporate-learning implementations for global industrial and regulated organisations.
