Aixa was created for a simple reason: most transformations do not fail because people are unwilling to change. They fail because people are overloaded, under-supported and given too little opportunity to build the confidence and judgement required to work differently.

Across consulting, corporate transformation and digital innovation, we kept seeing the same pattern.
Companies invested heavily in new strategies, systems, tools and processes. But the people expected to adopt them were often supported with static documents, long presentations, generic training modules and one-way communication.
That is not enough anymore.
People need a way to ask questions, practise difficult situations, build confidence and receive support when the expert, trainer or manager is not available.
Aixa was built to make that support scalable.

Founder and CEO
Aixa is currently led by its founder and CEO.
Stephane Alberth is the founder and CEO of Aixa. He has worked across enterprise transformation, digital innovation and organisational capability building in industrial technology, consulting and financial services, including roles at ABB, McKinsey and Swiss Re.
His work focuses on helping organisations turn strategy, knowledge and transformation goals into capability people can actually apply in their daily work.
At Aixa, he leads the development of Digital Human learning, AI adoption and enterprise transformation solutions for industrial and regulated organisations. The team is supported by a core Tech team of 4 experienced front-end and back-end developers.
