Security at Aixa
At Aixa, we prioritize not only technological advancement but also the ethical and responsible use of AI. We strive to ensure that our infrastructure fosters trust, transparency, and accountability, contributing to a more ethical and inclusive AI ecosystem globally.
Security & Enterprise Readiness
Aixa runs on Microsoft Azure infrastructure, with an active security and compliance programme that is progressing towards independent SOC 2 assurance and GDPR-aligned data-handling practices.
Swiss owned · European hosted · Enterprise-ready · Microsoft-secured access
Built on Microsoft Azure, designed for regulated environments
Data security is at the core of everything we build. Every claim below reflects that commitment.
Azure infrastructure with SSO
Single sign-on access, GDPR-aligned data-handling practices, and a security programme progressing towards independent SOC 2 assurance.
Secure data storage
Data is hosted on Microsoft Azure and protected with encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and controlled processing across the training pipeline.
Built on Microsoft Azure
Azure powers the entire backend — from real-time speech synthesis and cognitive search to scalable compute.
Swiss owned, GDPR-aligned
Aixa is Swiss owned and designed around GDPR-aligned data-handling practices from the ground up, not retrofitted.
SSO
Single sign-on lets employees log in with the credentials they already use.
Learner data & analytics
Completion rates, quiz scores, and engagement metrics are tracked per learner and per project, giving you a clear, exportable record of who completed what.
Consent-based custom voice creation
Before Aixa creates a custom voice for a Digital Human coach, explicit consent is obtained from the person whose voice is being used, keeping every voice clone permissioned and auditable.
Consent-based avatar creation
Aixa only creates or clones a digital avatar from an individual's face or voice once the customer has confirmed the required rights and consent are in place, keeping every avatar permissioned and auditable.
Common security questions
Straight answers before your security review starts
Aixa operates an active security and compliance programme on Microsoft Azure infrastructure, and is progressing towards independent SOC 2 assurance, with GDPR-aligned data-handling controls throughout.
Access starts with SSO sign-up. Whoever creates a training has full access to edit and modify it, while anyone they invite gets view access to the training.
Your data is stored in Microsoft Azure, encrypted at rest and in transit, and retained according to your agreement unless you request earlier deletion, managed and protected by Aixa.
Yes. Aixa requires documented permission from the person whose face or voice will be used before creating a custom Digital Human. Depending on the deployment, consent may be obtained directly by Aixa or confirmed by the customer providing the authorised material.
Most reviews start with three things: deployment model (shared Azure infrastructure), access control (SSO), and data handling (Azure-hosted, securely stored, GDPR-ready). Book a demo and we'll go through the rest of your checklist with your team directly.
