The problem

"Our salespeople do not practise enough" is rarely about effort — it's about there being nowhere safe to practise. A sales playbook is a document. A training video is one-way. Neither one lets a rep rehearse what happens when a customer pushes back on price, stalls on a decision, or asks a question the deck doesn't cover. The first time that conversation actually happens is usually with a real customer, in a real deal.

What Aixa actually does

Aixa turns that playbook into something a rep can talk to.

  1. Upload what you already have.

Product sheets, pricing guidelines, objection-handling notes, call transcripts — whatever the team already uses. No rewriting required.

  2. Aixa builds a Digital Human coach from it.

The AI reads the material and builds an interactive coach — a photorealistic avatar with a voice — that can hold a real spoken or typed conversation grounded in that content, not a canned script.

  3. The rep practises the actual conversation.

Using Aixa's Role Play interaction mode, the rep runs through a realistic scenario — a renewal call with a price-sensitive customer, a first meeting with a skeptical buyer, a live objection — and the coach responds in character, pushes back, and asks follow-up questions like a real prospect would.

  4. Feedback happens immediately, not after a shadowed call.

The rep hears how they handled the objection and can immediately try it again, differently.

  5. Managers see what actually happened.

Completion, quiz scores, and engagement are tracked per rep and per module, so enablement can see who's practised and who hasn't — not just who opened the deck.

A concrete example

A mid-market SaaS company is raising prices on renewal for the first time in two years. Instead of a memo and an FAQ doc, the enablement team uploads the new pricing rationale and objection-handling guide to Aixa. Within the same day, every account manager has access to a Digital Human coach that plays the role of a customer who's annoyed about the increase. Reps run the conversation as many times as they need to before their first real renewal call — adjusting tone, testing different ways to reframe the value, and getting comfortable with the pushback before it's costing them a real deal.

Why this is different from a script or a video

  • It's a conversation, not a recording.

The coach responds to what the rep actually says, in real time — it doesn't just play back a fixed script.

  • It updates as fast as the pitch does.

When pricing or positioning changes, the coach is updated with it — there's no video to re-shoot.

  • It's available whenever the rep needs it.

Practice isn't scheduled around a manager's calendar; the coach is available 24/7.

  • It works for every rep, in their own language.

Aixa supports multiple languages, so a global sales team gets the same practice experience everywhere, not just in the HQ market.

The outcome

New reps ramp on objection handling and pricing conversations before they're improvising with a real customer. Experienced reps get a safe place to rehearse a genuinely new or difficult conversation (a price increase, a new competitor, a new product line) instead of learning it live. And sales enablement gets a real record — not an assumption — of who has actually practised.
