Stephane Alberth is the founder and CEO of Aixa. He has worked across enterprise transformation, digital innovation and organisational capability building in industrial technology, consulting and financial services, including roles at ABB, McKinsey and Swiss Re.
His work focuses on helping organisations turn strategy, knowledge and transformation goals into capability people can actually apply in their daily work.
At Aixa, he leads the development of Digital Human learning, AI adoption and enterprise transformation solutions for industrial and regulated organisations. The team is supported by a core Tech team of 4 experienced front-end and back-end developers.
